Have Your Say

Central Goldfields – Your Community 2030

Funded by the Australian Government’s Building Better Regions Fund, Central Goldfields Shire Council has engaged Local Logic Place to work with residents to develop 10 year community plans that reflect the uniqueness and priorities of the eight communities and districts of Maryborough, Bealiba, Carisbrook, Dunolly, Talbot, Majorca, Bet Bet and Timor.

How can I get involved?

We want to hear what is needed to make your community a great place to live - now and into the future.  Residents will be able to share their views in a number of ways by:

  • attending a drop-in session
  • sharing your ideas at a listening post
  • filling in a post card
  • joining in on a discussion group
  • completing an online survey
  • taking part in a community workshop

One of the first community planning activities will be a series of Listening Posts during October 2019.  Click here for dates and locations.
