Advocacy

An important function of any council is to advocate on behalf of the community to state and federal governments on the issues that affect them.

We advocate for improved services and infrastructure delivered by other levels of Government.  We also use a Priority Projects Plan to advocate for funding to deliver capital and community projects across the Shire.
